All licensed personnel are required to have a current California license or certification. The

This includes an overview of Superior Staffing Service, Inc. rules and regulations regarding
patient care, policies and procedures as well as completing I-9’s and various required
paperwork. Our safety program includes proper body mechanics, blood borne pathogen safety,
reporting injuries and accidents, and elder and dependant adult abuse reporting.

- Current Adult CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Card. Some staff are Public
Heartsaver Certified - Current physical within the past 12 months
- Current TB screening within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within 24 months
- Thorough pre-employment screening (interview)
- Pre-employment background check, including Social Security Number verification
- Drug screenings are performed per client requests
